What's in a scoop?
Around 20 small surprises: squishies, hair clips, charms, bracelets, mini pouches, desk treats and press-on nails. Every scoop is a little different.
How many surprises do I get?
Around 20 in every scoop. 2 scoops is around 40 plus a Bonus Squishy and a Bonus Bracelet. 3 is around 60 plus those two and a Charm Set. 5 is around 100 plus all three gifts and a Mini Purse.
Will my order look like the videos?
The videos show the scooping, and often giant orders. Your order brings around 20 surprises for every scoop you pick, plus the free gifts from 2 scoops up.
Will I get the characters from the videos?
My scoops are filled with cute unbranded designs: animals, food, hearts and bows. Tell me your favorite colors and animals (or theirs, if it's a gift) and I'll lean the scoop that way.
Can I tell you what I like (or what they like)?
Yes, please. Use the "Tell me what you love" box above the button: colors, animals, and anything to skip. If it's a gift, add their age. I pack around it.
What age is it for?
Kids, teens and grown-ups alike. Plenty of grown-ups order a scoop just for themselves, and plenty go out as gifts. Some pieces are small, so it's not for little ones under 3.
How long does shipping take?
I pack your order by hand within 2 weeks, and it reaches you in about 3 weeks in total. Tracking comes by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship?
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Do I get a video of my own order?
Not right now. The videos on this page show how scooping looks. If I open personal packing videos, my email list hears first.
What if something is missing or broken?
Send me a photo within 14 days of delivery and I'll make it right. That's my full scoop promise.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to me at hello@brimfulbowl.com before your order ships and I'll sort it out.
