Send me a photo at hello@brimfulbowl.com within 14 days of delivery and I'll make it right.

About surprises

Every scoop is a mix of surprises, so I can't take a scoop back just because the pieces are different from what you hoped for. Tell me what you love (or who it's for) before I pack, and I'll lean the scoop that way.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it goes back to the same card or wallet you paid with. How fast it shows up depends on your bank.

Changing or cancelling

Write to me before your order ships and I'll sort it out. Once it's on the road I can't stop it, but the 14 days above still count.
